Norae Ferrara, RD is a registered dietitian with the American Dietetic Assiciation, and conducts nutrition counseling sessions and workshops in both English and Spanish. She brings to the San Francisco Nutrition Clinic expertise in the areas of:

• Binge Eating Disorders and Eating Disorder Prevention
• Adolescent and teen nutrition
• Nutrition during pregnancy (with or without diabetes or hypertension)
• Pre-diabetes and diabetes
• Fertility Nutrition
• Cardiovascular Nutrition
• Bariatric Nutrition

Norae completed her undergraduate coursework at University of California at Davis, and her graduate work and dietetic internship locally at San Francisco State University. Prior to joining the SFNC, Norae cared for patients and worked with teams at Kaiser Permanente in South San Francisco, as well as working as a tennis pro and sports club dietitian on the peninsula. She is also skilled in the following areas:

Susannah Wallenstrom, MPH RD is a registered dietitian with the American Dietetic Association, and brings to the San Francisco Nutrition Clinic expertise in the areas of:

• Weight Loss/Weight Gain for children and adults
• Diabetes
• Gastrointestinal Disorders
  
• High Cholesterol or Triglycerides
• High Blood Pressure
• Pre and Post Bariatric Surgery
  
• Congestive Heart Failure

Susannah's undergraduate work was competed at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, and her Masters in Public Health and dietetic internship were completed at the University of North Carolina, in Chapel Hill.  Prior to joining the SFNC, Susannah worked for Kaiser Permanente as the Bariatric dietitian in South San Francisco, and as a clinical dietitian in the outpatient clinic in San Francisco.  She also has a wide variety of experience teaching classes for diabetes, cholesterol, and weight management.
